How long does it take to receive my order?

Zelvi takes pride in its handcrafted party wear. Due to the delicate nature of our items, slight variations may occur (5-10%) in design, color, or embellishments. We recommend dry cleaning for all garments.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange is only applicable if you inform us on the same day of delivery and return the item within 7 days . Item must be unused , unwashed and with original tags .

Exchange Procedure:
Contact refund@zelvi.com within 24 hours of delivery with order details and reason for exchange.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Exchanges are processed within 2-4 weeks of receiving the returned item.
